Have questions? Here are some answers to FAQs.
What is a PDF pattern anyway?
A PDF pattern is a sewing pattern that you can download instantly! All you need is Adobe Reader or another PDF reader on your computer. Once your payment has been processed through paypal, you will receive a link to download the sewing pattern.
Each full-color pattern includes fabric requirements, helpful cutting layouts (when needed), and step-by-step sewing instructions with lots of helpful pictures and diagrams. Templates are included when needed for the pattern, which you trace and cut out. Or, if you prefer to view online, just print the pattern pieces and read the instructions on your computer or tablet.
How will I receive my pattern(s)?
If you have purchased a downloadable PDF pattern, once your payment has been processed through paypal, you will be taken to a page where you can open the pattern documents. All patterns in PDF format require a reader program to view them, such as Adobe Reader.
If you purchased a print pattern, you will receive it in the mail. Print patterns are shipped within 48 hours and are available in the U.S. only at this time. If you are an international customer, please consider purchasing a downloadable PDF pattern.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments are submitted through paypal. You do not need a paypal account and can either pay via any major credit card or by paypal account (sorry, no e-checks).
Can I return my pattern?
Sorry, due to the nature of the product, sewing patterns can't be returned. Please read the description before making your purchase. If you have any questions, contact me and I’d be happy to help!
